- Spring start up visit with full system check and tune up
- Includes a trip charge plus up to 1 hour on site, additional time is billed
- One sprinkler rotor head included with renewal, installed during spring start up if needed, or left on site for future use
- Fall winterization and system shutdown
- 15% off parts we install on additional repairs throughout the season

Gold Plan
Includes everything in the Silver Plan plus:
- One mid season system check with adjustments as needed
- Mid season check includes a trip charge plus up to 30 minutes on site, additional time is billed
- Seasonal controller adjustments to match current weather conditions
$425 per year
for a mid season check and fewer surprises
Platinum Plan
Includes everything in the Gold Plan plus:
- A second mid season system check with adjustments as needed
- Each mid season check includes a trip charge plus 30 minutes on site, additional time is billed
- Best for peak summer performance with two mid season controller adjustments

Backflow and RPZ Testing
Many Twin Cities communities require annual backflow testing for irrigation systems, and missed testing can trigger notices,
added fees, or fines depending on your city. We test your backflow or RPZ (reduced pressure zone) device to help meet city
requirements. Mickman Brothers pays the processing fee and files the required paperwork with your city for you.
