Backflow and RPZ Testing

Many Twin Cities communities require annual backflow testing for irrigation systems, and missed testing can trigger notices,
added fees, or fines depending on your city. We test your backflow or RPZ (reduced pressure zone) device to help meet city
requirements. Mickman Brothers pays the processing fee and files the required paperwork with your city for you.

Residential Lawn Fertilizer & Weed Control Annual Program

An irrigation system is a great start, but it is only the first step toward a thick, healthy lawn. This annual program includes
three scheduled applications, spring, summer, and fall, with proven fertilizer and weed control timed for best results. Our
licensed Lawn Maintenance team handles everything for you and availability is limited with first come, first served scheduling.

Spring
Granular slow-release fertilizer with pre-emergent crabgrass control, plus liquid broadleaf weed control for lingering weeds
from last season.

Summer
Granular slow-release fertilizer plus liquid broadleaf control.

Fall
Most important application for long term results. Slow-release granular fertilizer and liquid broadleaf weed
control to prepare for winter and target tough weeds such as creeping charlie and dandelions.

Program base pricing includes one half acre, 21,780 sq ft. of treatable lawn application area. Annual program price for the base
area is $495, which equals $165 per seasonal application. For lawns larger than one half acre, each additional one half acre
increment, 21,780 sq ft. is $150 per year, which equals $50 per seasonal application. Pricing covers a maximum of 2 acres of
treatable lawn application area. For lawns over 2 acres, contact us for a custom quote.
