From my first day a Mickman Brothers almost 10 years ago, I enjoyed connecting with our customers and creating relationships while assisting with the success of their business with our company. From there, with hard work, additional knowledge and experience after 2 years I had the opportunity to advance to Customer Service Manger.

I feel one of my strongest attributes is my ability to connect with our vast customer base of loyal customers. I truly want their experience with Mickman Brothers, whether through the Fundraising Division or Irrigation Service Division, to be the best it can be. Providing exceptional customer service and support from beginning to end is my number one priority. I also bring the ability to multi-task in a ever changing and moving environment while maintaining support to management, team members and customers.

It is important that every client I work with has a suburb end result. Therefore, because of my communication style, skill and detailed knowledge of potential customer requests and needs, I always attempt to provide positive and creative resolution to enhance their entire Mickman Experience.
