How the Traditional Fundraiser Works

• Your members take orders and personally deliver the
  holiday evergreens to their customers.
• Your members may also take orders for Holiday Gift
  Products (see below)
• The Fundraising Chairperson consolidates all sales at
  the end of the selling period and submits the orders to
  Mickman Brothers.
• Mickman Brothers ‘bulk-ships’ your products to a single,
  specific delivery address.
• Your members collect payments from their customers at
  the time they deliver their orders (cash or check payable
  to your organization).
• Final payment is made to Mickman Brothers at the end of
  the fundraising program.

How The Holiday Gift Fundraiser Works

• While taking orders for your Traditional Fundraiser, members may
  also offer their customers a Holiday Gift Product to send
  as a gift to a friend, family member or business associate
  out-of-town.
• Your customer completes a Holiday Gift Order Form,
  writes their personal message on the greeting card
  and makes payment for the gift at the time of ordering.
  Payments may be made by cash or check payable to your
  organization.
• At the end of the selling period, your members submit
  the Holiday Gift Order Forms with payments to the
  Fundraising Chairperson.
• The Chairperson sends all the Holiday Gift Order Forms
  with payment to Mickman Brothers for processing.
• Mickman Brothers processes the orders and sends the gifts
  via UPS between November 19th and December 11th,
  2008.
